the hotel's location is near many main attractions. The provided breakfast was good with adequate choices. after i checked out , i left my luggage at the hotel to explore the city more.
there WAS no hot water available during the night of my stay. it was difficult to shower after arriving late , but the issue was resolved during the day.

The breakfast was nothing special , i think they could offer more hot options besides just bacon and eggs. also , the noise was a real issue . You could hear every little creak from the floors above. the decor felt outdated , and the breakfast area was too cramped , it was not relaxing at all.

the ceiling was very thin. i could hear people walking. i could also hear talking late at night. i had trouble sleeping. the family room had a door directly onto the stairwell. all the noise came through.

the staff were very helpful with lots of information about the city. the shower was very nice, very glamorous! i found the pillows to be good.
there was no fridge (though stated in other reviews and responses). i couldn't open the window because of mosquitoes, so a fridge would have been nice. i had to keep the bathroom door closed as there was an awful smell of drains throughout my whole stay.
